Beloved,
I realize that God actually
introduced the greatest cross to every true Christian when he declared through
Apostle John ‘Love Not The World, not the Things that are in The World’! 1Jn. 2:15
I also realized that John’s audience were believers like you and I who
were supposed to press into the fellowship of the Godhead which they only share
with a company of saints described in every generation as ‘few’ who have been
purged of the World. 1 Jn.
1:3
I then saw that it
took a cherubic stature of a fallen wisdom from Satan to create a belief system
in men over centuries to believe that man’s problems are his physical/earthly needs
when actually the source of man’s problem/limitations is traceable to the
absence of The Love of The Father due to a secret Love For The World that
begun and is still being fuelled daily with disobedience! Eze. 28:12/1 Jn. 2:15
I now see that the sole design
of God for believers to journey ‘From Faith to Faith’ is to
prepare them to live above the Wisdom of The World and ultimately enable them
rewrite a better edition of the victorious walk we saw in the early Church. The children of Israel fell short when they
rested with the circumcision of their foreskin (which was a type of new
birth today) and failed to subscribe to a higher Faith Meal that should have
graduated them into being Priests unto God (Exo. 19:6). They therefore fell
short of a type of the demand for maturity/perfection/Sonship in the New
Testament which takes place by the ‘circumcision of the heart/Salvation
of The Soul. Jos. 5:3/Deu. 10:16/Eze. 11:19/Heb. 8:10
Hos. 4:6 My people (believers) are destroyed (come short) for lack of
(revealed) knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject
thee, that thou shall be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of
thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Faith Towards God was
therefore ordained by God as an interim operation which was later called The
Milk of God’s Word in the New Testament meant to lay A Foundation for
a higher faith, the building aspect of Faith that can Overcome The
Wisdom of The World.
Through Apostle Paul’s epistles
to the Corinthian and Hebrew Church, he confirmed that the privileges of the
gifts of the Spirit, initial baptism, repentance from dead works and faith
towards God (Heb. 6:1-2) would help a believer have their emotional, material
and health needs met. This Beginning aspect of Faith advertises
something that is still kept concealed in The Gospels/Epistles, i.e. a Power whose
operations would trigger the opening of the eyes of the heart of a believer to begin
to discern the secrets of Christ that can only be taught amongst the matured (1Cor.
2:6a) and not on an evangelical crusade ground
1 Cor. 2:6 Howbeit we speak Wisdom among them that are perfect (matured): yet not
the wisdom of this world, or of the princes of this world, that come to naught:
From the
book of Genesis, we can clearly see that The Wisdom of The World is older than Faith Towards God which was introduced after the fall of man to help men that had been
weakened by their love for the world, by their walk in the course of the world (Eph. 2:2)
Here’s a hard truth – Faith Towards God Can’t Overcome The World and its wisdom! That is why you and I have seen or heard
of Christians or even ministers who are prospering outwardly, sometimes with the
gifts of the Spirit yet struggling with divers lusts (Titus 3:3). Why? Because tarrying
too long with the milk of the word or not moving from Believing meals unto
Knowing meals would empower
corruption to set in just like it did when the manna was left overnight and this is the reason for carnality in
the church till date!
1 Jn 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcomes (is superior to) the world:
and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even Our Faith (The Like
Precious Faith their Soul later inherited after being born of the
incorruptible word/eternal life). 2 Pet. 1:1/1 Pet. 1:23
On the other hand, The
Wisdom of This World is far inferior to the Faith of The Son which was
actually ordained before the world began, but hidden for ages, prophesied by
the Sons of Men (old testament prophets) and only revealed unto the Apostles of
Christ to enable the church (You and I) deal with the Wisdom of Satan! Lk. 1:70/Rom. 16:25/Matt. 3:35/Eph. 3:5
The Wisdom of The World was what
Satan used in plotting mankind’s fall through Adam and it took a consistent
unblemished 33 years record of obedience to God for the Lord Jesus to declare
himself as unspotted from it i.e. from the Lust
of the Flesh, Lust of the Eyes
and Pride of Life
It takes a lot to lay a good foundation for a physical house and that
is what is obtainable through conventional believers’ acts of going to Church,
sowing bountifully, loving his neighbors or even abstaining from obvious sins.
Samuel of old excelled beyond such conducts but was lacking in the New
Testament priestly revelation later introduced
by Jesus.
If evangelists get all unbelievers on earth born again today, the Lord
Jesus won’t come because all of such new converts won’t have his image and
likeness in their Soul like they do in their Spirit.
Such new converts would have varying degrees of worldly
affection! They would firstly need to secure a foundation over time via what
was called Faith Towards
God, then the Lord through his Spirit would gradually introduce them
to what was described in the books of Ephesians and Thessalonians as A Faith In The Lord Jesus that
would see them through customized trials and ultimately qualify them for Eph.
1:17-18 experience where The Eyes of Their Understanding would be
gradually Enlightened for graduation from being BELIEVERS to being
‘KNOWERS’ via the Faith
of The Son or Faith of The Lord Jesus where they would ultimately
journey to judge Satan’s wisdom through their walk in realms where he’s
rendered blind (i.e. the Old Rugged Cross) where they would lay hold of The
End of The Faith, THE SALVATION OF THE SOUL!
